Hi,
Do you ever visit the Colne River in Watford – I think it’s called the Colne Valley Linear Park? When I was growing up in Watford we used to cycle down Bushey Mill Lane to the river and wander about in fields there – there were cows, and WWII pill boxes, birds, etc. Not sure if that bit is a ‘proper’ park, but we liked it. Looking at your map I think the place I remember was between Radlett Road and Stephenson Way. It was always a bit secret, I thought.
